Fiji is blessed with warm, tropical weather all year round. The seasons are the reverse of the Northern Hemisphere so when it’s cold and/or snowing a lot of people in the northern hemisphere escape to Fiji for warmer, sultry weather. It truly is a tropical island escape in more ways than one!
Generally, Fiji’s weather is beautiful every month of the year but during the months of November through to April, Fiji’s weather is much warmer and wetter which combines to create higher humidity. Some people find this to be a little stifling – especially when exploring the markets on the mainland in Nadi and Suva – but most resorts offer gorgeous lagoon pools, air-conditioning and beautiful common areas that take advantage of the shade from the swaying palm trees and stunning ocean breezes.
